Licensing questions and answers

Plain answers about Delithius Labs licenses: what you receive, what it costs, how you pay and which agreement applies. Every answer matches the prices and agreements published on this site.

What does Delithius Labs license?

Delithius Labs LLC licenses three product lines online at public prices: Czo (the Czo Developer License and the Tier I Sovereign Stack License), the QC Fix Engine (embed it in your product, or run it for your clients and resell it) and LagZero (creator and platform licenses). Every license is licensed, not sold, under an agreement published in full on this site.

How much does a Delithius Labs license cost?

Help prices for individuals and growing companies: Czo Developer License $500, QC Fix Engine licenses $2,500, LagZero Platform License $2,500 for a one-year term, Tier I Sovereign Stack $15,000. Full prices: Czo Developer License $2,500, QC Fix Engine licenses $25,000, LagZero Platform License $25,000 a year, Tier I Sovereign Stack $150,000. Each tier also carries the running royalty shown on its card and in its agreement.

How do I buy a license?

Pick a tier, read the full License Agreement on the order page, accept it and pay in full at Stripe Checkout by card or U.S. bank account (ACH). Your license key and API key issue the moment payment clears.

What do I receive when payment clears?

A license for the United States for the term of your tier: one year for Czo, the QC Fix Engine and the LagZero help price ($2,500 paid once), and one contract year renewing each year for the LagZero full price. Every tier adds one revocable license key and API key, a live key check, and your licensee portal with your accepted agreement, receipt and quarterly royalty reports. QC Fix Engine and LagZero licenses add use of the live engine; Czo technical files are added to the portal as each release ships.

Which law governs the agreements?

North Carolina law, with venue in the state courts of Wayne County, North Carolina, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina (Section 15.1 of each agreement).

Which payment methods are accepted?

Stripe Checkout takes card or U.S. bank account (ACH). Every license fee is paid in full, up front.

When does my license key arrive?

Your license key and API key issue the moment Stripe confirms the payment has cleared. A U.S. bank account (ACH) payment issues the key once the bank transfer clears.

What is the difference between the help price and the full price?

The help price is for individuals and growing companies: annual revenue under $10,000,000, under 250 employees and under $50,000,000 in outside funding, privately held and non-governmental. The full price is for established companies, listed companies and government. You certify your price tier at checkout.

Can I read the agreement before I pay?

Yes. The full License Agreement for your tier opens on the order page and stays published at a stable address to save or print. You accept it with a checkbox and your typed name before checkout.

What does the order page show before payment?

Exactly what your tier delivers on day one. Each license fee is non-refundable once your license key issues (Section 10 of each agreement), so the full list sits in front of you before you pay.

Who is the Czo Developer License for?

The Minimum Annual Royalty is $0 at the help price and $37,500 per contract year at the full price.

What is the difference between the Embed and Resell licenses?

Embed lets you build QC Fix Engine results into your own product. Run for Clients or Resell lets you run QC Fix Engine results for your clients or resell them. Both include use of the live QC Fix Engine API.
