A report is due within 30 days after each calendar quarter, including quarters with zero sales (License Agreement §6.6). The royalty is computed from your license's Royalty Rate; for Czo inside a larger device, enter the Czo chip or module value as the royalty base (§6.3); for LagZero, enter Streaming Revenue from LagZero streams (Schedule L).
