Help Price or Full Price? Choosing Your Delithius Labs License Tier
Two prices, one product
Every Delithius Labs license has two prices for the same product: a help price and a full price. The help price is for individuals and growing companies. The full price is for established companies, listed companies and government. Each license is licensed, not sold, under an agreement published in full. You certify your price tier at checkout.
Who qualifies for the help price
The help price is for individuals and growing companies that meet all of these published thresholds. They are facts about the tiers, as published on the site.
Annual revenue under $10,000,000
The help price applies to companies with annual revenue under $10,000,000.
Under 250 employees
The help price applies to companies with fewer than 250 employees.
Under $50,000,000 in outside funding, privately held and non-governmental
The help price applies to companies with under $50,000,000 in outside funding that are privately held and non-governmental.
Who pays the full price
The full price applies to established companies, listed companies and government. The order page describes the full price as every other licensee, including companies with a stock-exchange listing and government bodies. Delithius Labs LLC publishes these definitions in the agreement (Section 3.5), and the agreement for your tier controls.
Prices by product
These prices match the order page and the licensing page as of October 16, 2026. Prices are in USD, and every license fee is paid in full, up front.
